Senior DevOps Engineer

Hybrid (Office & Remote), Full Time

For our business partner, one of the major and fastest growing Romanian companies specialized in integrating complex IT&C infrastructure and security solutions, we are hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer in Bucharest.

What will you be doing:

• Use IaC principles as much as possible;
• Improving CI/CD processes in projects deployed for our customers;
• Work to automate and improve development and release processes;
• Work with software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes;
• Working closely with the Infrastructure Architects and Development teams in the design, engineering, and planning of the projects;
• Organizing, contributing to, or leading various internal DevOps training sessions.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with containers - Docker, Kubernetes;
• Knowledge of revision control systems (GIT) and repository managers (Artifactory, Nexus, Harbor);
• Strong experience in developing automation and IaC (Gitlab, Jenkins, Argo, Terraform, Ansible, Helm);
• Linux systems administration, configuration, troubleshooting and automation;
• Functioning knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database systems (Redis, Mongo);
• Functioning knowledge of API and microservices development;
• Functioning knowledge of identity management, authentication and authorization;
• Solid knowledge of virtualization concepts.
