Role: As a Business Developer for Non-core Services your scope is to generate and develop sales opportunities for our non-core services, by helping the customer to conceptualize their needs into a solution. You will be a part of building a successful business. We think big!
Responsibilities:
- Sell with ambiguity and learn every day. You will be fully supported but you need to make the rules – not just follow them;
- Sell & promote wellbeing (or adjacent) digital solutions;
- Expand the relationship with our clients or potential ones by introducing new products or services (or expanding usage of existing products);
- Be able to create; to conceptualize your clients needs and transform our services in their solution;
- Be able to identify and analyze the clients needs and promotes our company standard services, combined with tailor-made solution;
- Manage, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously;
- Operate with concepts focused on emotional needs not process;
- Be able to approach selling like a project;
- Act as primary point of contact with the client during the post-sales period;
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationship with clients;
- Solve problems for our customers and prospects leveraging our internal resources;
- Systematically remove blockers and objections and get to the win;
- Work with marketing, product, development and other functions to best serve our customers;
- Prioritize, manage, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously;
- Work cross-functionally to deliver on the customer’s needs;
- Monitor and provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats;
- Follow up and ensure that clients complaints are solved, in order to limit the negative impact in our relationship with the client;
Requirements:
- University degree/ Bachelor’s degree in Business / Economics or any related fields (Commercial, Marketing);
- 3+ years of experience in B2B services sales, partnerships and/or business development roles;
- English – advanced written and spoken;
- Availability for frequent travel across the country, including by airplane;
- Driving License;
- Familiar with conceptual selling;
- Payments, financial data, card or technology sales experience are all a good foundation for success;
- Knowledge of networking/social tools;
- Experience in developing projects;
- LinkedIn (and similar networking/social tools);
- Knowledge of Lead generation and sales funnel tools (Sales force, Customer app demo, etc.);
