Role: Lead the end to end product strategy and execution (Design, Roadmap, Features Definition, Overall coordination) in line with the needs of the 3 stakeholders employee / client / merchant.
Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs, expectations and emerging market trends in the product area and find ways to improve current products or to develop new products to remain ahead of competition and to increase customer satisfaction;
- Create a 3-year product roadmap to realize this vision, from concept to market launch;
- Drive the product development and in-life product management process;
- Lead business case definition, business requirements, product specifications, prioritization, feature sign-off and release criteria;
- Be in charge of Product Development (NPD) project management – feature prioritization, roadmap planning, effectively managing projects;
- Be responsible with commercial & financial performance for already launched products from product perspective;
- Work with a cross-functional team (CFT) to define all aspects of the product (Value proposition/ product specification, etc) that needs to be launched;
- Run product related surveys/market research and create best in class UX;
- Assess Risks & Opportunities continuously & make corrections, whenever needed during the product development process;
- Provide guidance on all key elements of product marketing mix in clear articulation with the country marketing, sales and merchant teams: value proposition, pricing guidelines.
Requirements:
- Studies: University degree in Marketing, product design or similar.
- Proven work experience min. 3 years in product management or as an associate product manager:
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle;
- Proven experience with development of product and marketing strategies;
- English – professional level- proficiency in writing, reading and speaking;
- Understanding of products and ability to articulate the value derived based on epic / feature / functionality;
- Ability to translate business into technical requirements & vice versa;
- Ability to analyse consumer/client insights & behaviour;
- Proficiency in research and analysis: Competitive analysis, business analysis, market assessment;
- Knowledge of pricing & revenue modeling;
- Ability to define & track success metrics;
- Project management;
- Brand Management (basic) - positioning, value proposition, branding & nomenclature, writing briefs.
