Role: As Compliance Officer you need to foster a culture of integrity and accountability within the organization, promoting legal and ethical practices.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring an organization’s adherence to the applicable laws and regulations.

• Monitor and analyze compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies;
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies;
• Investigate and resolve compliance issues and incidents;
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory authorities;
• Reporting to Management;
• Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters;
• Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Compliance Officer certification or AML compliance certification;
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, or a related field;
• +3 years experience in compliance or a related field;
• English knowledge advanced;
• Regulatory Knowledge and Legal Acumen;
• Legal and regulatory expertise;
• Microsoft Office knowledge, Microsoft Office, MS word & Power Point.
