Business Analyst

Hybrid (Office & Remote), Full Time

For our business partner, one of the major and fastest growing Romanian companies specialized in integrating complex IT&C infrastructure and security solutions, we are hiring a Business Analyst in Bucharest.

Responsibilities:

• Analyses Tender books to identify possible solutions;
• Interacts with the other internal verticals involved in the tender (BID, Sales, Technical Team);
• Works with the sales team to identify opportunities;
• Writes offers for public sector tenders;
• Identifies functional and nonfunctional requirements in public sector projects;
• Communicates with the architect and technical teams;
• Writes specific business analysis documentation and product documentation;
• Interacts with the customer during the analysis phase.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in public sector software projects;
• At least 2 years public sector tender books and requirements analysis experience;
• At least 2 years Business Analysis experience;
• Public sector software projects consultancy experience;
• Strong communication skills;
• English proficiency at business level;
• Good analytical skills.
